Straight Up

It's been a few weeks of emotional chaos, and though things aren't peachy, relief and hope characterize how i'm feeling today.

Sitting in my beloved boys basement avec my smallest brother (who is insanely in College now), laughing at Maury Pauvich confessions. Went to school from 9:30-9:30 yesterday in order to have a day off today. Mmm, restring guitar, get hockey gear ready for saturday, pound the drumkit.

Floor hockey begins tonight, moving buildings for the office job tomorrow, Ice hockey begins on Saturday, Rock Garden begins on Sunday, assignments starting to build up in school, new stuff happening at church.

Letting 4 hours of time be unpredictable last night: having anvil friends and high school friends crossing paths (so weird!?); trying to let life be free flowing and unbalanced in some ways. Being wise but also allowing things to be new, to be changed, to be taken away.

No drastic epiphanies, not about-face turnarounds, just making room for newness and embracing the unknown.

Life is disguisting and dirty and pyschotic...

But still so much to live for.

Staight up.
