Reportedly, Johnny Depp will play the Riddler.
And T-Bagz and Earlz can attest, I called Philip Seymour Hoffman as Penguin...remember in the theatre in Richmond. He's rumoured to be a wanted man for the role.
And there's also talk about Angelina Jolie as Cat Woman.

I agree with all three of those choices.
