The Canucks just beat the best team in the world in the fourth round of a shootout.

Me and Thea were there to witness it from the 23rd row.

Seeing 18,630 people standing in unison while a nearly deserted sheet of ice highlights a single dark jersey skating towards the goalie is almost surreal. I've never seen anything like it.

The first ever shootout in the history of Canucks home games and Daniel Sedin wins it with a low forehand shot to Dominik Hasek's blocker side.
